Meet Professor Mathew M Chacko, a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of counseling and psychology. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and postgraduate degrees in Management, Psychology, and Family Dispute Resolution, he has a strong educational foundation. Prof. Chacko has worked as a State Coordinator for Tamilnadu with Character Solution International, providing training and motivational sessions to various institutions, including colleges, schools, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies. He has conducted more than two thousand training programs in India and internationally. He currently serves as a psychologist and counselor at Shalom Care N Cure Hospital. Prof. Chacko has conducted soft skill training sessions in different universities and has also been a guest trainer for anti-drug, alcohol, and smoking awareness programs for the Kerala Government and Tamil Nadu State Awareness Board. He is fluent in English, Tamil, and Malayalam and is based in Coimbatore.

Leo Johny Pulpally

Leo Johny Pulpally is a highly accomplished individual who has made significant contributions in the fields of motivation training, career counselling, and photography. He is a Graduate in Sociology, with a Diploma in Photojournalism and Post Graduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Counselling Psychology. He is also a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Child Adolescence Counselling, and an experienced Family Counsellor and Business Consultant.

C S Rejikumar

C S Rejikumar is a writer, motivational speaker, and Junior Chamber International (JCI) trainer hailing from Kerala, India.

He has served as the director of Nalanda School of Arts for many years, where he has trained students in cultural activities. He has also provided training for various organizations, including Janamaitri Police, ICDS, Forest Department, Eastern Condiments (Pvt.) Ltd., and as a Student Police State Level Trainer.

With over 2000 motivational classes conducted for school and college students, C S Rejikumar is a well-known speaker. He is also a member of the Idukki District Vigilance Committee. In addition, he is the captain of the "Prayanam" freedom struggle message rally, which has been ongoing for nine years.

C S Rejikumar is also an author and has published eight books through his firm, Nalanda Publication. He has self-composed books including "Guruprakasam," "Prayanam," and " Preacher's Workshop," and his book "Preacher's Workshop" has been re-released nine times by DC Books. It’s also translated to Tamil and English.

His wife is Viji Regikumar, and his sons are Anandu Regikumar and Abhimanyu Regikumar.
